Location and pricing for exhibits:
Your table top full exhibit may be open during the cocktail welcome reception on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 only. An unmanned exhibit may be open during the conference (May 24-25, 2012) in the welcome patio area where attendee foot traffic is heaviest. Set up will be on Wednesday and breakdown on Friday.
Each 6-foot exhibit table is $500 for non-sponsors (exhibit tables are included as a sponsorship benefit). Each table top exhibits includes one skirted table and two chairs. Table tops will all be located in the reception hall during the cocktail welcome reception, and in a public area outside the general session’s room during the conference. All breaks will be served in this area.
Book vendors are invited to exhibit at ADMC for $250 and may follow the same set up, breakdown and display instructions as other exhibitors.
