Location
Your table top full exhibit may be open during the cocktail welcome reception on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 only. An unmanned exhibit may be open during the conference (May 24-25, 2012) in the welcome patio area where attendee foot traffic is heaviest. Set up will be on Wednesday and breakdown on Friday. -
Table Top
Each 6-foot exhibit table is $500 for non-sponsors (exhibit tables are included as a sponsorship benefit). Each table top exhibits includes one skirted table and two chairs. Table tops will all be located in the reception hall during the cocktail welcome reception, and in a public area outside the general session’s room during the conference. All breaks will be served in this area. -
Book Vendors
Book vendors are invited to exhibit at ADMC for $250 and may follow the same set up, breakdown and display instructions as other exhibitors.
