Bill Benton has 25 years of experience in statistical analysis, including seven years with a leading consulting firm. Projects included major software application design for IBM, and quantitative economics, such as analysis of effect of recessions on sales for Jack Daniel's distillery. Recent projects include use of SAS, TreeNet and R for organizations including VISA and UCSF.
Benton was founder and CEO of a successful statistical forecasting and logistics applications company. He is author of several books, including Forecasting for Management, has taught at U.C. Berkeley and other universities, and is a graduate of Columbia.
